To sleep during day time that too at noon is it good or bad for health

I do used to sleep after I had my lunch if I am at home. That sleep is really a refreshing than the night sleep and also during night I could browse or read any without having sleepy. But I doubt whether the day sleeping have bad effects on health. Any suggestions.

I tend both asleep and active during the day and night due to my love of napping during my free time.I love being awake during the day because I get to see my brothers and family more often than at night.I love being awake at night because it's when I get my quiet time or listen to calming music plus I love to read late at night.

I dont know whether the sleep is really good or bad but i do sleep during the day during sundays or when am on leave but i feel this leave leaves me more lazy and i feel very drowzy ...I always wish that i could sleep a little longer whenever i sleep during the day.

I believe that there's nothing wrong in sleeping, as it's main purpose we do it is to rest. Sleeping at day time is important, as long as you don't overdo it. in some company, workers are even entitled to take some rest which they call "power naps" to regenerate their body's conditions and energy. Usually, this is allowed during long break times like lunch..

Hi, Natural sleeping is good for health but if sleeping disorder comes there is come problems. Sleeping during day time I do not hope it bad one sleeps because of tiredness. Sleep well if day or night. Moreover it is the health that is to taken care. But too much of sleeping may be over sleeping might create problems too. Have a nice sleep.

I sleep during the day and stay up all night and morning. I'm not sure if it's bad for your health since you just need to get some sleep. Preferably 8 hours is the best amount. If you want a regular sleeping schedule try to go all day without sleep and sleep when you want to be able to sleep and wake up. This is what I do when I need to get back on track for a job or such. Hope this helps.
