Why chocolates?

Even after knowing about the ill effects of chocolates on the health, why people are crazy about it?

Not everything about chocolate is bad. Dark chocolate has amounts of fiber, antioxidants, and protein. Researchers have some news for chocolate lovers: it may be good for you. Scientists reported preliminary evidence recently that cocoa and other chocolates may keep high blood pressure down, your blood flowing and your heart healthy.As for why people are crazy about it.Like other sweet food, chocolate stimulates the release of endorphins, natural body hormones that generate feelings of pleasure and well-being.

Dear friend, I think you got it all wrong, Cocoa is a stimulant and is sure to increase the BP. Stimulant increases the blood circulation to your brain which is a bit above normal for your heart and in turn heart is compelled to pump more blood thereby increasing the BP.

Wow, I heard that dark chocolate is good for you. I love chocolate, but I don't eat it 24/7. Well, I take that back, I eat it almost every day now that I think about it. But I don't have high cholesterol and I'm not overly heavy. So why not enjoy something I like?

Nice of you that you admitted, Thank you for your post. If you are not heavy and overweight definitely you can enjoy the chocolates. I am too willing to enjoy and I often does it secretly... but...

Because theres a lot of people have a sweet tooth. And theres a chocolate that no sugar. And other mix them to fruits or vegetables so its becomes healthy too.

I love chocolates because of the taste that will last inside my mouth. I love chocolate because it will give a strength while in my work. Sometimes, when I feel stress and bored, I used to eat a chocolate candy to ease my stress feeling and my boredom.
