Checking the fence at our place is about 1 mile all around. I do this about 4 times a week. Sometimes just for the exercise. Thanks +

I really don't exercise, per say. I like to walk and run after our bulls, just for fun. They think they are puppies (500 pound puppies). Thanks +

I workout 5 days a week. I do pilates and yoga with Denise Austin every morning. I love her workouts because she has a new one every day. :)

I have been sedentary for a few years since i work in a desk setting. . . I have started recently to walk 30mins a day .. just a small step towards loosing weight & getting healthy. . . so, far I've been doing it 4 -5 days a week, my goal is 7 days a week. Djenigma

OMG...I should but no I don't. I have troubles with knees and shoulder 'hinges' and am AFRAID of falling. But there is a show on here called 'Sit and Be Fit', that I have done. It is helpful. (ya just have to DO it)

If this works for you, then by all means continue with the program. You mentioned shoulder and knee pain, was it? Have you tried Fish Oil with omega 3 fatty acid? You can get this at most grocery stores that have vitamins, etc. Thanks

So do I, but I run around chasing our 500 pound puppies. Actually, they are young bulls, but they think they are puppies since we raised them since they were ONLY a few DAYS old. Thanks

There are other ways of losing those unwanted pounds, but these involve costly surgery. By far, the safest and least expensive is exercising. Thanks

3 times a week monday wed. and friday just started it 3 weeks ago (lets see how long it hold up) but it's fun i'm excercising at home to carmen electra's arobic strip tease and i love it. lol
