Pinball Machines

I am watching Good Morning America and they just showed some pinball machines in their studio today. They said that Chris and Robin (who were playing) have never played them before. Have you ever played a pinball machine and if so did you like it? I have not played on them in a few years but I do love them. They are very good for hand/eye coordination I think.

I played pinball machines a very long time ago, and yes they are good for hand/eye coordination, but they would also get my heart just pounding because of the excitment, I think. Lots of fun though.

Yes, it was the excitement, sometimes I had to take a break and calm down because I would just get too excited, haha. I don't think my heart could take it nowadays.I loved it though. You have a great weekend too.

Yes, I have played them but it was several years ago. I don't like the new ones that are out now. Many years ago I use to go to a local bowling alley and play their machines by the hour. Had the old flippers. Got to the point I was so good at it that it didn't cost me much to play. I'd win game after game and continue to get free games. It's a great way to practice hand/eye coordination.

I haven't seen any of the new ones and by the sounds of it I don't think I would care to. hahaha We used to have a pizza place just down the road from us and the lady had pinball machines and pool tables also. That was a great place for families and even your teens to go and not have to worry about things. The place was torn down a few years ago to put in a bank. Seems like banks are at every corner, need more of the family places around like what was torn down. Sounds like you were a great player. :) Thank you for your response.

Every city needs a place like this for teens to go hang out. With the proper supervision, kids could have a good time and not get into trouble. I agree about the banks. We sure need more.....not!

The place here was such a family place that the entire family could and would go and have a blast. Like you say, we need more of these places for the youth nowdays.

I played on them years ago. I did not realize until I saw the GMA show that they were good for eye hand coordination. It does make sense. My kids are the ones who really had a blast on them.

OH yes, my son also got more fun time with the pinball machines until he realized he was pretty good at pool and to this day he still loves pool and plays in tournaments weekly. I would go with him at times and while he played pool I would play pinball then we would eat lunch there.

Oh yes, I spent my days on the pinball machines, they were the pastime games of my generation! They are good for building hand and eye coordination! As a matter of fact, I really don't like the computer games as much as eveybody else does! I only like freecell, solitaire, and chess, and that's about all!

It sounds like most of us did have our days of fun with pinball. I love to play games online. My son taught me how to play chess when he was younger but I forgot how now.

Oh yes, in my younger days I played pinball. Gottlieb`s William`s abd Bally`s. I was good at it. I have good memories. These days, when I want to play pinball, I play it on my computer and I am still good at it. The good thing is, it is cost free. The bad thing is: I miss the company. Happy mylotting!

I forgot about pinball on the computer. I am not sure if mine even has it since it is a newer one. I will have to check it out. Yes, the company does make a difference don't it? Hey, bring up your pinball on the computer and send or reply to posts on mylot. :)

My nephew actually has one in his basement and boy is it fun to go to his house. When you are not playing with his pinball machine you can join him up stairs playing guitar hero! LOL

WOW, how great that must be. I bet he has a blast and I bet you do too when you go visit. I played guitar hero once at my daughter's and I didn't do half bad for my first time. Thank you for your response.
