I Got a Freelance Writing Job

I got a job through Odesk to write 5 articles for a website. It is interesting. I guess, I'm on my way...wish me luck.

I, too, signed up for oDesk, RIGHT before I read your post! Had I seen your first, I would have gone there as a referral from you. Sorry. It is a pretty good site. Contrary to some peoples beliefs, oDesk is not a bid-only site. They have many hourly jobs available, too. It is really great. I was on for one day and got hired. It has been a couple of days, and I'm already making money and will possibly be hired on for more! I have also heard about getafreelancer.com, but barely signed up for it today. Thanks for commenting. There are some incredible opportunities there, I hope that other people check out Odesk. I don't really care if people use my referral. My only motivation is to help people be independent.

I thought odesk was only for programmers jobs, didn't think that it was also used for copywriting.

Well, they have a lot of programming and computer jobs, but they also have a lot of writing, copywriting, web content, and research jobs. Thanks for commenting.
