Sometimes I wonder if this is worth it.

I am a member of Traffic Swarm - http://www.trafficswarm.com/go.cgi?738194. The way it's set up is that you get your site listed for free (you can pay for it if you want to upgrade, but you don't have to). They way they keep it free, is you get credits by clicking on other people's sites. Your site is posted as a link for others to click on based on how many credits you have. So, in order to keep your credits available and have your sites listed, you need to click on other peoples sites. Well, we're all pretty much there for the same thing - to promote our sites. So, if you already have something that you're promoting, you basically just click on the other sites to get your credits, not to learn about what they have and possibly join. If we all have that mentality, then what's the use of being part of that site? If people aren't looking at what's on my sites that I have rotating in there, then it's not doing me any good. I have joined one of the sites that was being promoted, but not sure I'm going to stick with it because it's taking time away from my original site that works great for me. But for me, the majority of the sites I click on are just to get my credits. I'm thinking about dropping this site because it is a bit time consuming and I often fall down to 0 credits. I have gotten a few replies from people that have clicked on my site, but nothing has really panned out for it. Should I stick with it a bit longer?

I signed up with them long time ago too and dropped it because I couldnt see how the program benefitted me. I started a discussion yesterday and this guy explained to me about manual and autosurf programs. At least with autosurfs you can turn it on and forget it so you are not wasting any more time. IM me if you want an autosurf rotator. I guess the main thing is, IF your product is really good someone will check it out. Otherwise we are all there just earning credits.

We all have our own agendas, and everyone has different tastes. Originally I thought people might see one of my websites and go a bit further with it. But as I saw my own actions on the site, I feel everyone else is the same way. It's another one of those good ideas that just isn't always practical.

I tried in the past: you get free credit but they have no obligation to let you spend them. As they sell credits to paying members you can imagine why ...

I've come to that conclusion also. I could be spending the time a bit better on other things.

I'm not impressed and it's been about 2 months. I think I'll try some other avenues and see where they lead me.

I have been a member on there for ages, gotten a couple of affiliate sales, but the thing I figured out about the site is that you need to have easy affiliate links/sign up links {sing up for mylot, surveys, ETC}. I occasionally look at the adds, and sometimes there are real sites on there. But I think that is pretty much how it goes with those sites. I think that it also takes time and a lot of credits.
