what kind of food we are reassure to eat in 2008.last year,i got 2 poisonings after eating sth,idk what kind of food was safe and healthy.give me a tip!thx!!

Oh, so sorry to here that, too bad. What is sth & idk? What particular food did you eat? Maybe it's better if you prepare the food yourself to make sure that the ingredients used are safe. Stay healthy.
