Did you mean to say that they should take someone into custody immediately even though they don't have all the proof yet? I'm not sure I understand your question.
Most definitely. I think they should catch them no matter how long it takes. I hate knowing that there are murderers, rapists, child molestors and more running the streets right now. I wish we could get them all locked up.
