It should be January 31st. I have been away for a while and it may have changed. I think you have the whole month to earn payout though.

Payments are processed on or around the 15th, which is what they told me. As far as the cut off point is concerned, I don't know if they are counting to the end of the month (31st), or right before they process the payments. I would ask MyLot admin, but it takes them a while to get back. Maybe it's in the FAQ.
