Getting Adsense Account Back

Is there someone here whose google adsense account has been disabled then requested to be activated? How is it done?

you can make another ... but use different email, home address, IP, Website..

Reply to their email and try to explain that there was nothing wrong on your side and ask them to investigate again. If you have luck maybe they would reinitiate your account. But this rarely happens.
