Can you answer this question about Mypoints website?

Hi. I am joined with Mypoints and have cashed out of there one time so far. I cashed out for $50.00 Amazon gift code. The button didn't work and I had to call them for the cashout. I had some points pending is why, I think.
Have you cashed out of Mypoints for Amazon.com?
Did the button to cashout work?
Did you instantly get a Amazon code to use or did you have to wait for Mypoints to send it you via email?

I have cashed out at My Points many times for Walmart cards.
Right after Christmas, I cashed out for an Amazon Gift Code and it deducted my points and said fulfilled in my account.
I emailed My Points, because I did not receive the code in an email.
They replied that they would check my account and get back to me, but that it would take several weeks.
I am still waiting and it has been almost a month.
So, I don't know. This is the first time in 4 years that I have ever had a problem with cashing out My Points for redemption. I hope that it is not a trend now that I see you are having problems, I am starting to worry.

Wow. It took me several emails to them when I was trying to cash out of there and then I eventually had to end up calling them so they could deduct my points and pay me. They sent it right away after calling. I should be able to cash out of there tonight or tomorrow so I will let you know if the button works or if I had problems again also. I think they will pay you soon. If not, I would request their phone number in your next email to them. Good luck.

Hi. I just cashed out of Mypoints for the $25.00 amazon gift code and as soon as I pressed the redeem button, it deducted my points and gave me the gift code to use right at their site. Did you now see a gift code at the site after pressing redeem? They didn't send me an email. the code was on the page at their site.

No, I did not and they said that they would email me the code, which they haven't done yet.
The Walmart cards were always promptly mailed to me in the mail, not cyber but my physical address.
I will go back to my account and check it out again.
They contacted me the same day when I emailed them about the code, but it has been forever now.
I will let you know what happens.

That is great. I have only cashed out of there one time so far but almost ready to cashout of there again. The first time I tried to cashout for the Amazon gift code, the button wouldn't work to do so and I emailed them several times and eventually had to call them and they sent the code to me via email. I hope it isn't like that agin this time.

I never cashout for amazon but I've casked for Toy R US Kmart Walmart and Target. I haven't had any problems with them. But what I do know is when you do some online shopping do it through mypoints website so you can get your money right back. Thats what I do when I receive my gift cards in the mail. I'll shop online through Mypoints to get mypoints back up.

Hi sorry as I know this disccusion is old but I missed it in my personal mess. I've never cashed out for Amazon gift card but I've been a member of MyPoints for many years and have always cashed out (many times) for Target, KMart, and the last time WalMart gift cards. My button has always worked. I hope you got this worked out by now.

I love MyPoints, it was really one of the first online earning things I joined and is the only one of those early things that I still belong to. This past year I got 2 $25 certificates for Walmart and used them for Christmas gifts.

I emailed them a whole lot of times and have not gotten an answer the last two times. I wish that I had a phone number for them, but I can't seem to find one anywhere. I am getting so frustrated with them I don't know what to do.
