recently i find a good way to lose weight ,which is you only have lunch everyday and do not eat anything after 6:00 pm.you will lose weight fleetly.in the past two years i take this way to lose weight more than 10kg .so i think it's very useful to lose weight~

That sounds like a decent plan. I'm not fat but could afford to lose about 20 pounds but I'm an insomniac and do most of my computer work at night. I also eat mostly at night, I might try to employ your technique as I have a trip to Vegas planned in late March and want to get back into shape.

mh...i think if you really feel hungry and can not bear all night without eating anything.you can eat some fruit such as apples,pears ,low-fat milk and so on.but you'd better not eat anything 3 hours before you go to bed!!!

Do you eat a good breakfast, and if so, what time of the morning are you eating? I stay up late at night and would have a hard time not eating after 6pm, as often times that is about when I have "lunch".

as a chinese, i often take soybean milk and egg cakes as my breakfast.if i must go to school,i will eat breakfast at 7:30 am.soybean milk is quite good for female and low-fat.but for your, i think you can take only a meal whenever you want one day if you stay up late at night,but you'd better not eat anything 3 hours before you go to bed..you know ,if you do that,they will all become fat.

That's not good for your health when you don't have breakfast for a long time.Though you can lose weight but healthy is so important for us.

Having a set time to stop eating doesn't always work for me because my work schedule is so crazy. Sometimes I'm at work until two in the morning so I eat late, but don't eat early. Therefore setting a time to stop eating during the night is almost impossible. It makes more sense to stop eating at a certain amount of hours before sleeping.
