Unfortunately this will continue until something happens, preferably someone who will take them and get them fixed, because this can cause a major problem in the community, too many cats. We had this lady who would feed these cats and she never got them fixed and some became feral. Then one time while doing construction on our home, we had the roof opened and the mother cat had her cats on our roof and one of the kittens fell and the mother cat was growling because the kitten was making noise.. We finally had to say something, if this woman wanted to continue to feed these cats, that was fine, but don't over populate to where the cats or kittens are in danger or can be a danger to others. Plus feral cats destroy nature, the birds and rabbits and other creatures that were meant to be wild..

Well I see you are from Brazil and I don't know how strays are looked upon there, but here in America, we try to avoid cats and dogs from overpopulating. All I did was insert this business card in her Christmas card about the local shelters low fee spaying and neutering and I believe she understood then that she needed to take action, because after that, there were less cats around.. She didn't take offense and we still talk once in a while..
