I really enjoy playing pokemon, actually i already finished the red, yellow, and blue version of it. And even the gold, silver . . . well i guess a lot of people finished it also. Because it's kinda old and I played it when im still in high school. And now I dont played it anymore, because i have no more time. But I was hoping that it has a game like this on PC, online game maybe, same with the other online games, but the concept is the same with the pokemon. You catch pokemon , train it , and evolve.

you should not stop playing pokemon. i love pokemon games on the game boy color, gameboy advance and the nintendo ds. i think i will never outgrow my love for pokemons and pokemon games. i would say that this bond is the strongest bond i have ever felt to games. if i had buddies who could help me raise, trade, and battle with pokemons, it would be awesome. the main reason why i hate it somtimes to play is because i have nobody to trade with. i just want to complete my pokedex and catch all the pokemons. this has been my dream ever since.

Yeah, it would be such a good game for a PC but even if they don't make the PC version of the game you can play it on your pc by using some emulators. NO$GMB is one of the best, I strongly recommend it. It supports multiplayer and connecting each other for pokemon transfer. But all the players must play from the same comupter, same time :)

My daughter is 19, my two sons are 18 and 12, they have all played pokemon on the gameboy. My son lost one a long time ago and asked me the other day if I would get it for him. I thought that he was no longer interested in the game. I haven't seen any game like that online. We had one game for the gameboy and gameboy advance, it was called dragon warrior, it was the same concept. My kids would get me interested in their games and I would play them. One thing I thought was interesting with the pokemon, though....Did you know that you can take one of the cables to hook up from one gameboy to another and get pokemon from another person or game and have new pokemon evolve that dont originally come in the game?

Yeah :) it is a great feature of the game and even in the game you transfer pokemons with NPCs that way:)

Until quite recently, there was a game like the one you described called Pokemon Crater. I never actually played it myself, but from what I hear it was quite good. You could catch Pokemon, train them, and trade them between millions of other players. Apparently the online aspect of it was great, as you could chat to other people, trade without the need of a chord, etc. Unfortunately that closed down near the end of last year. Your next best bet would probably be Pokemon Diamond or Pearl for the Nintendo DS. Because of the DS's wireless capability, you can easily trade between players all over the world without even needing to turn on your computer. I recommend it!
