I am flabbergasted by the ages some people say they are on mylot!

Do you think people tell the truth on mylot about thier age and if not do they fib about other areas of thier life?
I have aquired a dashed decent new friend called dsn190168 or something like that, do forgive my memory, not what it used to be, but the point is i looked in this utterly charming lady's profile and it says she is approaching 40. but if you look at her photo she is clearly not a day over 25!
I say! Ding dong! what a stunner! Looking at dfn's photo has got me warmed up for Nurse Cratchets bedbath later tonight!

I get the disdtinct impression that some pictures you see next to the persons name may well not be of them actually, it came as quite a shock to me, i was sure nicole kidman or some other such luminary had joined my list of friends but no....It was a lie, a fraud if you like, well as you can imagine i was a little taken a back by such skullduggery, but it apparently isn't at all unusual. It just goes to show that in this wonderful world of cyberville, not everything is what it seems

I do think that some lie here on mylot..They are the same people that lie everyday in all things in there life.
I am 57 years old as of October 2007. I don't lie here or in life ...I really don't think I'm bright enough to keep lies straight so I just keep it simple and honest..lol

That happens sometimes. People can take nice pictures too. Just goes to prove, age is only a number. I don't think many fib. Some might though. Enjoy mylot, age not withstanding.

To take a guess and that is all it is is a guess... just like a card of a realtor or any other business professional the photo is probably real, just years old.
When I bought my house I had this picture of this good-looking late 20s woman on the card... who came out was someone obviously in her 40s.
A picture may say 1,000 words, just don't let the words fool you.

i have checked other profiles and find all the women of mylot to obtain an alluring beauty or is this old age and defective eyesight talking?

well this little filly was delicious as a scone with a dollop of fresh cream with a strawberry perched on top served with a cup of tea and a brass band playing 'rule britannia'!

I had a discussion on this subject but mine went in the opposite direction (thinking and acting much older than the number). Of course everyone has differing thoughts on this. As for myself, you are free to look at the profile if you want an age. But also take a look at responses, best responses and hobbies. I wonder how you'll react...

I think the ages are correct in the profiles, but no one said that the photos have to be. Neither do the Avatars have to be gender specific or anything like the person. The names do not have to be gender specific either so be careful about that too. You may fall in love with someone by mistake.lol
