Simpsons new episodes are worse than old ones?

I strongly agree. The first ones were not that good but they got better and now they got worse. Especially the movie, it's not something i expected. The humor was not the usual that they use. It was totally produced for the mass; to cater all. However, I'd still give them a 9 for still playing in the industry.

I agree with most of you. I like the old ones more than the new ones. They are still good but my fav. are the old ones. Started watching the Simpsons in early 90's when they started to show them here. I was a kid back than and we did know that the Simpsons was actually made for adults or at least "older kids" (let's say.. 18+) A funny fact because only few people seem to remember or know that..

I think part of the simpsons decline in quality is partly because of Family Guy, which is setting the bar for humor lower every episode. Dont get me wrong, I like Family Guy, but too many of its jokes can definitely be described as low brow.

Yeah, it's getting a bit old over the years, that's a thing that happens to many series unfortunately, i just hope it will keep the old Simpsons feel going for quite a while yet.

I think the new ones are way better. The characters may have been a little distorted from what they were initially set out to be. However as time has gone on the episodes have gotten far more satirical and not to mention funny. Whereare the old ones dont really have anything else to do than the actual issue at hand.
