Normally we would hear about a man or a woman caught shoplifting but in this cae, it is one family! A grandmother, her daughter and some of her grandchildren tried to steal $900 worth of merchandise from a Target store in Lodi, 35 miles south of Sacramento, police Officer Misty Smith said. The family's alleged shoplifting spree earlier this week was captured by surveillance video, which police say showed them cutting open boxes and hiding MP3 players, digital cameras, DVDs, jewelry and sports equipment in purses, bags and a backpack. What are these grandmother and mother teaching the kids? I just could not believe that this happened. What do you think? oh its sad thing i guess. so it seems they are all in family. may be this is the main way of earning for the family. elders are doing so and they have taught their children too. its quite bad.

That story is quite shocking. It shows that shoplifting runs in the maternal side of the children's family, and their mom and grandmom were trying to pass it on to them to keep the tradition going. What a shame!
