If your parents never had a successful relationship does that mean you won't have a successful relationship either, for exmaple if your mother, mother, never got married and was treated bad by men, and then your mother came along and was treated bad by men and never got married, does that mean, you will never get married and will be treated bad by men too?

no i dont believe so. my mother was married 6 times yes 6 times. the men she was married to were terrible and abusive. ive been married 8 years now and been with him 12 years. my husband knows i am totally agaist being abused and he respects me.he doesnt treat me bad and im only going to be married once in my life so i dont think it matters about your parents relationships.i think it depends on an individual choice what determines your fate who you are to be with and how they treat you.
