Are you always debate with your friends when you are having different opinion?

Yes but in a friendly, nice way. Argument or debate as you call it will sharpen your reasoning skills. It also a good brain exercise since you don't just talk, you also have to listen to your friend's point of view. We learn more in talking with people than reading book so I suggest that you do it as often as possible. Just stay cool no matter how heated up the argument will be.

i have my own opinions, so unless my friends can find me some proof to say that i am wrong i wont change my mind

You are confidence.I admire of you.you can consist your mind.Sometimes i will not hold my own opinion which is not important for me.I think everyone has their own mind,so i will not try to find who are right or wrong,maybe we are all right.

Mostly, I will debate. I depends on how important the issue is to me. Small stuff I will sometimes let go.

Debate?
Friendly debate or quarrel?
If I am sure I am right i.e. something that can be proven with real evidence, then I tend to be strongly "opinionated".
I just think I am right, I will put my points across firmly too lol.
But a lot depends on the people, your mood, their mood, the mood of the day, etc.

I do not always debate wirh my friends,i think it will cut our relationship.
But if i have some different opinion i will say out.maybe she/he will agree with me after she/he hear my idea or reason.

I don't even have to have a different opinion to debate someone sometimes I just like playing devil's advocated and trying the opposing side, as a (Professional?) debater I like to see every side and if my friends can't handle it then they can shut up and quit acting like they know what they're talking about

Of course, If my opinion is diffrent from my friend's opinion, then i certainly debate with him.

It depends on the friend and the subject. Some friends are not fun to debate with. They seem to think their opinion is the only right one. Others are fun to debate with because they may end up introducing a whole new idea or concept to the debate and then admit that now they are not sure. Sometimes I just keep quiet and listen.

no. because everybody is entitled to her/his own opinion and everyone has its own point of views but i will tell what's on my mind once, then if she/he wont accept my opinion, well i just shake my head as if i agree with him/her cuz i don't wanna make anybody upset or mad. however, if the matter concern my family, i will; cuz no one will depend my loved ones but me.
