How important is the Internet in your life?

I do all my stuff online and when the Internet connection lost I feel miserable.
I just disconnected a minute ago and I cannot finish my writing here.
I paid bills online and shop online.
Like everything I do is using Internet.
The next thing is the Computer will talk to you and served you everything online.
Don't you think it would be great if you can talk to a machine instead of finding a real person to talk to.
Not the one in clicking friends online but a real computer that can give you comfort personally.
A computer or machine that will serve your foods without asking it to do.
A machine that tells your stomach that you need to eat.
And a machine that tells you or reminds you that you need to eat healthy and lose weight.
Anyone have this freaking idea?hahaha

Internet is very important in my life.Internet gives me the perfect platform to stay connected with my friends far away from me or doing jobs.

The internet plays a pretty big role in my life. At school, I am taking two classes this semester that are completely online because of my work schedule. Without the internet, obviously, I would probably not be able to take as many classes as I am this term. I also do a lot of shopping, pay bills and keep track of our finances, use it for information and instant news, and keeping in contact with my friends and family. I think I would be okay without it, but I definitely think it's a plus to have it at all.

I used to depend on the internet for everything then realized that I was using it as a crutch. I still bank, research and play some games online but I get out every day and do something and talk to people.

Internet is my business, it is very important to me, this is one of my means for communication, without this, it's hard to work & do some stuff (reports, homeworks & etc.) Thank to this Technology!

I always do shopping online.And sometimes i chat with my classsmates by msn. Internet is very important to me. I even can not imagehow my life will be without inaternet. To be honest, I think computer is one of the most useful inventions during 20 century.

well in our life internet now is a very important thing and we cannot deny this. it can help s in a lot of way. we use internet for so many things and that is why i think now it is a necessity. we can live without internet, but with it things have been simplyfied a lot. like we can book tickets online, we can get lot of useful infomation online and many such things, so all in all i think internet is something which will develop more and will encroach more into our life.

I do most of my writing on the computer and I need to find out things online. I do not do most of my shopping online, but I do think when it is freezing outside, that being online is better. I wish my computer could do many more things, like automatically cleaning my house, giving me suggestions of what to do for supper at the price we can afford and calling the store and delivering the stuff. I would do the cooking, but it would be nice to have a robot maid just like in the Jetsons doing all the stuff you are not good at.

Internet is extremely important to me as I find out the majority of my news online. Yahoo is probably my favorite website for news, e-mail, jobs, stock quotes ect.. Then I use all kinds of websites to function, pay bills, and live. Love the internet couldn't live without er.

I have taken college classes online when I wasn't able to make it to the campus that semester, I talk to my friends and family online and I make money online. I find the internet to be very important to my life.
If my kids ask me a question about science or history or whatever and it is in the middle of the night, we can look up online and research the answer together.
I don't know if I want to talk to a machine instead of a real person, but I do rely on the computer quite a bit.

I feel your pain. Losing the internet connection makes me miserable as well lol. I've gotten so accustomed to using the Internet whether it be for educational or just for fun, I cannot imagine how I would live without it. But even if your computer could talk back and interact with you, I'd still want some real people to interact with, lest I forget how to do that haha.

my life practically revolves around it.. I have my office space at home and work online... even my spare time and break time I spend online :)
But I get to get out of town for a few days at least once every 2 months or so... Its the only time when I am not connected to the internet.. ooops I forgot I do still check my mails when I can even on the road--well at least it just takes around 30 minutes or so

It is very important, If i didn't had internet i never could be here and couldn't do things for school and do everything with books. I can easily find things on the internet and talk to my friends :)

It's amazing how I didn't have a computer until 2000 and now I feel like I couldn't live without it. I hope you're not totally right though because if there's a machine or computer to do everything for us there are some people who wouldn't lift a finger if that happened then we'd REALLY have a problem with obesity.

For how long the internet has been out and being a PC Technican for 11 years the internet comes very important to me. To keep contact with my family, friends, email, Yahoo Messenger, online text messaging to the Philippines. Then there my online paying sites I use almost everyday. Without the Internet honestly life would be boring and would suck!

I love the internet, it is full of interesting things I never thought of as interesting before until you get side tracked and start reading about it. Useful for shopping, no more queues especially christmas shopping, ideas for gifts etc. Keeping in touch with people, you don't have to phone them you can e-mail them instead or even use webcam. Don't know how we ever managed without our computers and the internet all those years. Brilliant keeping an eye on your finances so you don't slip into the red and get a large bill for being overdrawn on your account. Great for amusements, games to play. You can tell from this I never use the thing. Not!
