Improve English by MSN or QQ

improve English by MSN or QQ - few person will chat with you in english by MSN or QQ. but my english is poor.

I want to improve my english,but i fell it is difficult here,because few person will chat with you in english by MSN or QQ. I was tried to add some QQ or MSN, but few person chatted with you in english. so i think maybe learn english is difficult. are there any friends want to improve english by MSN or QQ? We can talk about work,life,study and so on.

It's actually better to post in discussions to improve your English skills. When you chat on QQ or MSN, you just want to get your message across as fast as possible so you would have to compromise your English standard.
