Fish and any seashells or seafood are my favorite foods. I only cook fish in one way.I make it as a soup and salad. Do you guys like eating fish and how did you prefer in eating it?

I like baked fish with cajun seasoning on it or blackened. Fried is good every now and then. I fry mine after dipping in egg and cornmeal to a golden brown. Then I make fried potato to go with it.I've had a fish chowder it was pretty good.

Thanks.Seems too much to prepare for just a fish. I usually just boil water and put green onions and spices then drop the fish. Let it boil for less than an hour then ready to eat. I always make it as a soup with vegetables in it. Do not like eating fry fish or fish cook in an oven without adding water. I love to eat the fish with leaf clover and boiled in water.

I can cook my fish in grill style, soup style, stir fry style, cook in curry, fried style etc. I think all styles i like because they taste differently to me.

I like fish fried in cornmeal. I haven't had it this way in ages. Another way I will fix it is with a lemon marinade and baked.

Steaming is the best way so please try my recipe. Put the fish onto a plate with 2 ginger slices on each side of the fish and a bit of salt rubbed into the fish. Steam for ten mins. Chop up 3sprigs of spring onions into strips, fry them very quicky in about 3table spoons of very hot cooking oil, and add about half a cup of teriyaki soy sauce and fry for another 5 secs. Then pour this onto the freshly steamed fish and its ready to eat with plain boilled rice! The teriyaki, spring onion and oil make a great sauce. As with all chinese cooking, we use the whole fish - head, tail and bones included! I usually use a whole trout and it takes about 15 mins to prepare with descaling of the fish and chopping the spring onions and 10mins to steam. Plus it all gets eaten, eyes included! Bones get binned tho - ends up with just a fish skeleton!Try it! My friends say its the easiest and most delicious fish theyve cooked.
