Holiday Prints

do you stock up on yardage of holiday prints now that they are being clearanced?
do you start right in on projects with them or do you have to wait till farther away from the holidays to get back into the spirit of it?
what kinds of projects will you make with the holiday print fabrics?
I was thinking re-usable gift bags would be a quick and easy idea - make several up in varying sizes and prints, may even be cheaper than paper.

i used to stock up on holiday fabric after the holidays when it would go on sale but then they started cutting hours at my work and i am no longer making as much money as i used to so i have had to severely cut down on all of my unnecessary expenses and sadly that includes holiday fabric i will still buy some every now and then but i just do not buy as much and i will only buy it if it is dirt cheap i also do not have as much time on my hands as i used to so often times i will buy the fabric and it will just sit there for months because i do not have the time to do anything with it

I've actually been thinking about hitting Joanns Fabrics and stocking up on the clearance seasonal type fabrics....the deals can be really good and they'll definately come in handy next season ya know...
I wanted to make re-usable gift bags this yr but didnt have the time...I was too consumed with making my kids blankets :-/ Its definately something I'd like to do for next yr though...

Actually I had planned on doing this this year because of my new crafts business thinking I could stock up for the next year, mainly Christmas when I thought of it, but found I didn't have any 'spare' money so missed on that holiday. Am hoping I'll be able to stock up after Valentines day though.
