well, to be honest, i never used video.msn.com, but i know of a tool that will download most of the videos and even flash objects from any website. It's about real player. I have real player installed (i don't quite know if it a pro or a free version), and i downloaded video from many websites. You could try it. i guess that real player's homepage is www.real.com. take care!
