I am usually a deep sleeper and I don't talk and walk in my sleeping. One of my roommates talked.I think it funny.Maybe she was under big presssure at that time, and one night she talked in sleeping. She said in a loud voice and make the other three of us awaken.I can't remember what wshe mentioned that night, just blablabla. Also,a friend told me that he had an experience of sleeping walk when he was a kid.One night during the sleep,he went to the kitchen room and opened the refrigerator, drinking some juice and then, went back to bed again. He can't remember anything of it the other day.His parents were amazing, and shut down all the windows in their house from then on.But he never sleeping walk again. Have you ever experienced the same case?Tell me some interesting things.

My daughter who is now 14, used to sleep walk all the time, it got to the point where we had to move the locks up on the doors and make sure everything was shut tight when she was sleeping, she would eat in her sleep and hold actual conversations with who ever was in the room, not remembering any of it when she woke up. she outgrew it several years back and have not seen anything recently.

Thank you for your response. Most of the sleeping walks happen when we are kids.I think it is because our brains don't grow enough and completely at that time.

Thank you for your response. It was so lucky that you finally saved your sister. That's why we had to lock all the windows and doors tightly if there are any sleeping walks in our houses. God bless you and your family.
