So this is gonna sound totally dorky to a lot of people. I had pineapple chunks the other day and didn't want them all. I have one of those kool-aid freeze pop things so I filled them up with the rest of the pineapple and the juice and they taste so freakin good I can't believe it. It's probably cause I'm pregnant and I think anything to do with ice cream is good right now. Go ahead and laugh I laugh at myself all the time. :)

mmmmm that *does* sound delicious and i'm certainly not pregnant! i'm not entirely sure what a kool aid freeze pop thing is... but i'm picturing basically making these in ice cube trays - am i close? if not, i bet pineapple cubes would be good too!

I'm not going to laugh at you at all. I'm not even pregnant and this sounds delicious. Then again, I love pineapple. Sounds like it would be a great healthy treat for kids in the summer too!

Anyone who has ever created healthy snacks for kids (healthy snacks that they would actually want to eat) would never find your pineapple pops dorky ... more along the lines of creative, economical, and nutritious "fun for the whole family".
