When is the last time you felt all around vague? Do you think 'vagueness' can be a state of mind, or perhaps just a mood? Perhaps you don't know I'm talking about, so here is another question, when is the last time you were vague about something someone wanted to know?

I was vague in my response to a co worker the other day when they wanted me to take one of their shifts. I have a very hard time saying "NO". Hubby gave me the gumption to go ahead ans say no the next working day. Are you feeling all around vague? Are your med levels okay, I know you have mentioned taking some meds regularly. I am happily vague this a.m., we have a snow day, yippee!!!!

That is so good that you had a snow day. It's like a Christmas present in February. And yeah, I thought of my bipolar medicine, but I just saw the doctor since I get checked up on that regularly. Everything there seems to be fine. I'm sure it will pass. : )

I understand what you mean. I never had this problem until after I had my son. I also had a mean case of postpartum depression so I have assumed this new 'vagueness' had something to do with that. Perhaps because my hormones got completely out of whack. It has gotten better now that I use progesterone cream and changed my nutrition.

I think you had the right idea in being proactive. I'm really trying to alter my diet in a way that would benefit my mind and body. I never ate badly, but then again, I never put total thought into what was going in my body all the time. I think it is time for me to be more vigilant.

I have found a huge difference since I started using Isagenix products - www.lautz_tm.isagenix.com. They have a special 'women's' nutrition program that was developed by Dr. John Gray (author Men Are From Mars...). It helps you produce more seratonine which evens out your mood swings...if you have any!

I know what you are talking about. I have been feeling vague lately. It is a cross between state of mind and mood. The second part is easy...when I had something to hide! Marriage does that to you!

Probably in the last week if my boss asks me something I think is none of their business! Sometimes they get too personal and I don't really like that plus it's against the law for them to ask so I remind them occasionally!

I never thought about that, it being against the law for them to get too personal. I hope your boss doesn't step out of line too often. That has got to be annoying.

I am usually vague when I am in a state of mind or mood not to want to talk. I just say what I have to say, just to say just enough but not overly input myself into the converstation.

From looking at the definition of vague, I think it is more of the mind. Just not having a clear picture.. Last time I was vague about something? Oh I get that all the time here on mylot. I go to some discussions and I am so vague on what they are discussing..lol 1. not explicit: not clear in meaning or intention a vague proposal 2. not distinctly seen: not having a clear or perceptible form a vague form in the shadows 3. unverified: not properly validated or having no clear or identifiable source 4. unclear in thinking: unclear or incoherent in thinking or expression 5. not clearly perceived in the mind: not clearly felt, understood, or recalled I have a vague recollection of it. I'm a little less vague about being vague now, lol. However, all those definitions really do sum up what I wanted to say quite nicely.
