Hey guys have you seen American Gangster, If yes then share your opinion and if the answer is no then what are you waiting for go and watch it then come and share your opinion. Its worth watching, Denzel Washington is awesome in the movie. Based on a true story, its really gripping.

I havent seen this movie yet. But I really want to and im going to rent it the day it comes out on dvd which is november 19th I beleave. It kinds of reminds me of a black mobster version of goodfellas. Now most movies about black mobsters suck and there always feuding with asian mobsters for some reason. But this is the only one I want to see and with denzel washington in it will make it better.

I am NOT a Denzel fan oddly enough since I really have enjoyed plenty of his movies (but NOT because of him though)..however I have absolutely NO desire to see American Gangster..I've seen the trailers for it and heard some pretty good reviews but it just doenst interest me...

Its ok... and doesn't matter that the trailers and previews were not able to attract you.. Even i'm not agr8 fan of him.. just that i liked the movie and he has acted well so i thought to recommend to all.

IMO this is the worst most boring Denzel Washington movie I have ever "tried" to watch I gave up half way through.

My son downloaded American Gangster from the internet and it was an awesome copy. I enjoyed the movie so much that I've watched it twice already. I was surprised to see Denzel play the part of a bad guy but he's one of my favorite actors and I think he did a great job.

Yes he played the part of the Bad Guy and have carried the role with great zeal.. a true performer. I have seen the movie thrice.
