Do you know any quick one pot receipies? I am looking for things I can cook easy with out a ton of different ingrediants and 1 or 2 pots / pans. Some thing quick and not hamburger helper. It just me and my daughter at dinner so simple is good. We pretty much like any thing we aren't the picky type. Thanks in advance for your help.

brown porkchops or porkloin in a skillet, add a can of mushroom soup, simmer for about 30min, make some rice and serve with the mushroom sauce over the rice. Takes about 35 minutes from start to finish.

I heard of a site www.recipematcher.com that points to dish you could do with the ingredients you have at hand. Never used, so can't tell you if the recipes require hard working or are more casual.

Have you ever tried homemade cornbeef hash and biscuits. ingredents. for 2 people 1 can of corn beef (not corn beef hash) about 6-7 med sized potatoes and 1-2 cans of biscuits peel and diced potatoes add all the corn beef from the can stir and cook until potatoes are done. When potaotes are done pour into a bakeing pan or casserole dish which ever it will fit into lay biscuits sides touching covering the potatoes and cornbeef mixture. Bake in oven according to how high and long it takes to get biscuits done. Your supper is ready to eat. Serve; 2 biscuits set one side of plate spoon cornbeeef and potoates on the other side add a little butter and salt to taste. My family just loves this But when I make it I have to make 2 (9" x 13" cake pans) full and will be luck to have any left overs LOLOLOL
