She's just started to get milk, so I'm wondering how much longer before she goes into labor? I thought she'd have had them today, but she's not started yet.

According to this website: http://www.cat-world.com.au/PregnancyInCats.htm Milk is produced two or three days before pregnancy! The normal cat pregnancy last around 9 weeks or 57-70 days.

If you notice her rear end is pushing outward a bit, then it means she is due to have kittens very soon. That usually happens the same time she comes into milk.
