Increase Traffic On Blog or Website

For those that are interested, there is a website that has compiled a list of traffic exchange sites. These sites are excellent for anyone who is trying to increase traffic into their website, while trying to cash in on extra revenue from companies like Google Adsense. I used to do some traffic exchange when I was still new to this blogging business. NOw, that have gain some experience I wish that I have never ever used the traffic exchange to promote my blog. My blog has a page rank of 0. I'm thinking that I would create a blog and host it on a paid server. I will never used traffic exchange anymore, instead I will be natural ways such social bookmarking sites and linking to other sites that has relevance with it.
Anyway, I don't care if you won't believe me. This is your belief then you have to wait as suffer as i did before.

Thanks for the information. I've been looking for a place where I can get some traffic to my blog without spamming forum boards.
