Hi I was wondering if anyone would have any ideas about a good diet to go on. I have gained about 30 pounds since last year over stress and school. I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas on how to loose weight. I am not looking for a quick fix I want to be healthy and loose it.

I am attempting to do this myself right now. I have been counting calories. But it is hard no matter what you do. I just got this cd called satisfied with half portions. It's about envisionment. I have only listened to it one time so far. I'm gonna listen to it again tonight when i go to bed. That's when I listened to it last night, but I fell asleep. You are supposed to listen to it a few times before it really works. I am hoping it will help me. I will let everyone know if it works though.

Hi amandar658, I do not know how old you are. Whatever be your age to reduce the weight the only best way is to exercise regularly. Depending upon you age you can go for vigorous or simple exercises. Further if you are really interested you have to avoid all foods that increases weight like ice creams,sweets,oily and fried items. Apart from this,avoid the food you know which you feel is increasing your weight because there is no special food to reduce weight.Keep a close whatch on your weight and have a good health. Good Luck.
