What's Your Definition of Love?

Love can be define in many ways...but i really love the definition of it in the BIBLE, according in 1Corinthians 13:4-8 "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices in the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away."
I heard so many definitions of Love...some would say that Love is blind, Love is like a rivers that keeps on flowing, Love is all that matters, and etc...
But, do you have your own definition of Love? how will you define Love?

Love is two side, good and bad, happy and sad, hate and miss, laugh and cry, enjoy and bore, beauty and beast. That's all the meaning. When we know all those things, we can accept the love naturally.

hello there to U...thanks for replying to my discussion...i really appreciate it...i do respect your views, opinions, and the way you define love...yes, i do agree with you, love can be of two sides in a situation...because love has full of meanings and definitions...i think true love comes from within...we'll find the best meaning of it, if we'll learn to appreciate and accept love naturally...have a blessed day ahead of U...may GOD BLESS U & UR family always!!!

For me, love is like a gift. You have to share it. It's like how much you spent time to make or buy someone a gift, but if you didn't give it to him, or her, then you can't call it a gift. So much like love, if you didn't show to the person that you care for him, or her, then you can't say that you love him, or her.
I love those bible verses. Whenever troubled, I would find it in the bible then read it. It always refreshes my mind. And I always end up making good decisions.

hello there to U...thanks for sharing your beautiful thoughts to my discussion...yes, love is like a gift, a beautiful gift from GOD...yes, love can't be called love if you don't show your care, your feelings, your concern, and true affections...i am blessed to know that you love those BIBLE verses like i do, and that you read the BIBLE, good for you...yes, sticking with the BIBLE, makes a good decisions in our lives... GOD is always there for us to guide us and love us truly...and for that, according in John 3:16 "For GOD so loved the world, that HE gave HIS only begotten SON, that whosoever believeth in HIM should not perish, but have everlasting life." that's how GOD show HIS true love for all of us...keep on reading the BIBLE...have a blessed day ahead of U...may GOD BLESS U & UR family always!!!
