Well, it depends now on how old your child is. For some typical things to check when I child is crying see if, its hungry. Tap the side of the cheeks and see if the child would turn its head to the direction of the cheek being tapped. It means that it might be hungry. Feed it some milk. When the eyes are fully developed, the child tend to look at thing and try to reach it but can't. Try to see on which item it might be looking at and then take it close to the child and see if it stops crying. Maybe the child wants to reach for something he or she can't reach. Daipers are often a factor when a child cries. Not only if the diaper is loaded with crap or full of piss, it might also be irritating for the child's skin so check for rashes. After being fed, the baby must be aided for it to burp. Have it lean on your shoulder while you tap the child at the back kindly until you hear it burp. The place might be too cold or too hot, that too can be a consideration why the child is crying most of the time. Just see to it of other possibilities why the child is irritated which make it cry that much. Good luck raising your kid ^_^

I take it from your question you are a first time mom. First off, don't panic! Babies can cry for lots of reasons. Try changing the baby's nappy, change the clothes he/she is wearing because they might be uncomfortable in what they have on. If there is an angry red rash on babys butt, then the nappies they are wearing is an irritant to them and you need to try some different ones along with thoroughly cleaning babys butt with wipes and nappy rash cream (like sudacreme)and not only will baby stop crying, the rash itself will disappear in a few days. Try feeding them to see if that helps. Also your baby might have a touch of colic (trapped gas) so try to help bring the gas up by rubbing his/her back while they are leaning forward slightly. It could just be a simple cry for attention which, while annoying at times, is easily solved by picking baby up and giving him/her some love. Also try gripe water, thats an awesome way to bring up trapped gas if you cant get baby to burp. If however the baby is crying incessantly and it's kinda high pitched and the baby feels warmer to the touch than normal and nothing else has worked, call your doctor and take him/her in for a checkover because they may be slightly ill. If there is a rash that won't go away when a clear glass is pressed on top of it, get baby to hospital asap as it could be meningitis. You don't say if your baby has recently had a vaccination or not but if he/she has, then the vaccination will be running riot through the poor mites body and no baby I know ever likes being jabbed with a needle. All you can do in that case is give the baby as much love as you can muster, walk around with him/her, sing to baby even if baby screams his/her head off. Those are just some of the things I can think of offhand that might be the cause of a baby crying nonstop. Hope it helps!

feed your baby. you might spent a lot on the internet rather than your baby. give him milk. change his diaper. bring him out and let him see the wonder of creation! If after you have done these and your baby is still crying, he might be sick!
