Hmmmmm, guess I'd have to say I'd be represented by corn. Corn grows and survives even though the soil around it might be poor. It loves the sunshine and stretches its leaves skyward in search of warmth. It depends upon it's roots to grow. It's also 'green' when it's young, and then as it becomes old and mature, it is yellow (as I have been green as a youth, and have now become 'yellow', or chicken, as an old adult lol) My sense of humor has often been called a bit corny, so I'm thinking that corn somehow fits the bill.

Great description. Everyone is doing such a good job with this discussion! This is a question that I give my mental health students! They don't do quite as well as the posters here have done!

Interesting discussion, but hard one to answer. A lot of people do not like vegetables, lol, I would prefer to be a fruit. But if I had to choose I would say a carrot. As carrots are strong, I feel like I am a strong person. They are orange, which is a vibrant colour, I like to be vibrant. They are good for your eyesight too, which I hope I am good for my partner's eyes, lol.
