Starting a website with affiliate links

Can anyone tell me what are the legal procedures to start a website with affiliate links, in INDIA?
Is there any government rules or regulations? How do I go about?

There is no rules and regulations by the government. There may be some terms and conditions by the server and your domain registor. That is all. You should pay the server that you select and you should also pay for the domain name you are choosing. Then obey the rules they put. That is all. There is no rules by the government.

Thank you for a quick response. Being from the heart of Chennai, I am thrilled to get a response from Coimbatore.
I started of a travel website after months of work I put in, all on my own, purchasing a domain name and working on a free host server. My site is up for two months and I was worried if I have left aynthing out.
