I believe this guy wants to play games, he probably want to see how far you will go.Don't fall for any of it.He is trying to see if he can get what he want from you.don't mess with a married man.

Hey welcome to Mylot. What does he really want? He wants his cake and eat it too. I guess he might be in his forties. Mid-life crisis could be setting in. He might be anxious to find out if he is still attractive to other females, he would like to find out if he can still make conquests. If you don't discourage him and are not bothered by it it will go for a long time or it can lead to an affair. Remember he will never leave his wife, at least there is only a small chance of him doing that. If you don't like his flirtations tell him to back off. Likely he will do so since no one really wants to be called up for harassment.

I worked at a place where there was a fellow employee who was married and would come on to me. He would rub my back when he walked by. Pull my hair as he walked by. Walk me to my car. One of the younger emplyees who knew my oldest daughter asked her what was going on. My daughter said nothing, he was married. And she answered that he doesn't act it. I really don't know why they do it. Does it make them feel good? Wanted? Sexy? Do they need to feel that they still can attract a female? I don't know for sure.
