I was blessed by a gift last January 12, 2008. It was the greatest gift of all, my very own beautiful baby girl. I named it Andrea Marie Lois. I just thought to share this. who are mothers here? I would like to read some experiences you have encountered with your precious little babies. Thank you.

Congratulations. What a pretty name. I have one daughter that will be 16 this Saturday. She was born on February 16, 1992. Her name is Adrienne Mercedes. It seems like yesterday she was 16 months and now 16 years have flown by.

Thank you. they sure grow up fast. At first when they are little, it seems to take forever but then overnight at a blink of an eye, they are almost graduating. Time just seems to fly by then.

I am a mother allright but my children are 30 and 27 now. So I seem to have forgotten the interesting anecdotes of those times. I know I should have marked or written them out in the diary. I am waiting for my grannyhood. Hope you'll all bless me so that I become one soon. Then I can tell you all about the anecdotes about being a grandmother.

i have a son who will be 5 this dec. he was born on 12/12/2003. i remember after my labour, the nurses were cleaning and stitching me up. my son was cleaned and warmed up. as he was a premature baby, they were bringing him to the intensive care nursery before me. i remember feeling really sad. my heart was really beating fast and tears were welling up. i was surprised but still couldn't help it as usually, here, if everything's fine, children will go to the same ward as the mothers where they can nurse their child as and when they want. for me, that was not the case. the nurse brought my son over to me to let me have a look before taking him. i turned my head to the side and was startled a big pair of eyes, too big for the face anyway, and his mouth in a circular shape. he was so dark that i couldn't help commenting it aloud. the nurses 'scolded' me you could say. grins but i can never forget that face. i had thought he'd be sleeping but when i turned, his eyes were so shiny and they were so big. when he came home after 19 days, everynight, sometimes he would startle me and give me a shock because when i woke up in the middle of the night, he'd be awake with his head towards me and looking with big black eyes. i don't mean to be bad but at times, in the middle of the night, i used to get a fright sometimes when he did that. hehehehe i still remember them. now he's older, but his eyes are still big and sparkly shiny. his eyes are the most 'beautiful' asset you could say. hehehe

I had to add in, i see everyone has mostly girls! I am blessed with 3 boys who sometimes make me pull my hair out! :-) Twins who run my life, who are 3 1/2 and very energetic, Justin and Kaden and a little one, Ryland who is almost 11 months who makes me smile everyday and forget he was an "accident"!! He has turned out to be such a blessing and who would have thought but now im planning one more in a few years!!!! I said after the twins i was done, and here i am planning #4 to complete us. Maybe it will be a girl! but if it is another boy, im happy with that too. My boys are crazy, hyper, funny, and i wouldnt trade a minute of it!!

Congratulations my dear. I am a mommy as well only my Babies are a lot older already. My Daughter Diana is now 18 years old, my Daughter Regina will turn 17 on the 24th Febuary and my Baby Boy Alexander already 15. Treasure the time with your kids. They do really grow up quick. Watch over her as much as you can, but do remember to let them grow up as the time goes by. Believe me that was the hardest part for me.

Dear Jenny congrats. I am a mom of 2 a daughter and a son. When I delivered both of them I felt really very happy and very great. It is not to be explained through words. I was so excited when I had my daughter in my hand (she is the first). When the little cutiepie gave a small smile I felt that I have won the whole world. Now they are 6 and 2.5 yet still they are the apple of our life. Both of us enjoy each and every single moment with our kids.

My daughter has been the love of my life since I had her. There is no real way to explain how much she means to me. She was born 12/5/06. It has gone so fast. I look at her baby pictures and can't beleive how much she has grow already. I wish it would slow down. She has a smile that can light up a room and a laugh that can make a bad day go from bad to the best day all week.
