Dogs are more sensitive and affectionate when they are near the Kids

Dogs seem to enjoy time with Kids and vice-versa. - This is the photograph of my son playing with Bruno.

I have been observing this since my childhood days that dogs tend to be more sensitive and shower lots of affection when the kids go near them. I have a 4 year old German Shepherd at home and my 2 year old Son loves spending time with the Canine. Seeing him play with the Dog, i recollected the good old days when i used to carry any pup with me on my way from school.

My older dog is very good around kids. She loves the attention and she watches over them too. Our younger dog gets too hyper and can knock the kids down if we're not watching closely. She wants to play with them so badly that she forgets her manners. We end up putting her in the kennel when other kids come over.

I agree to what you have said like the younger dogs tend to be more hyper. the main reason behind this is that Pups like to play and they are more vulnerable when it coms to playing with the kids.thanks for sharing your experiences.

Alot of dogs have a sixth sense so to speak. They know who is fragile and innocent and whos not. Also its they way the dog is raised. My dogs, even though small, they are really gentle around my kids.

Animals usually catch up the vibration of very feeling in man..say when you are angry it understands..similar way kids are curious and soft and soothy hence dogs feel very pleasant being at their company..and thats why animals especially dogs are fond of kids..
