kicking the habit of soda

i am trying to kick the habit of drinking soda all day. i will drink pepsi morning,noon and night. i know that it is not good to drink so much so now i am trying to cut it out or at less cut down. does anyone have any ideas on how to do this without going crazy from the withdrawl of the caffine thanks for all your tips

hi, i think you can replace it by drinking water instead....water is good to our body unlike soda....so please stop drinking too much soda, you can do it little by little until you stop drinking it and drink water instead....

I used to drink Mountain Dew like it was water from the fountain of youth. I started to ween myself off of it by switching first to diet Mt. Dew which I think tastes terrible. Then I started drinking carbonated flavored water, now I don't even drink Mt. Dew at all. I drink an occasional soda now but mostly I drink flavored water and iced tea (for the caffeine.)

Replace all your canned sodas with canned juices. (mango for example mmmm!) When you go to grab a can - it'll be juicy instead of pepsi.
