Tonight was the second day of NBA's All Star Weekend, with the Slam Dunk Contest as the traditional highlight. After a couple of 'slow' years where people started questioning the use of the competition, Howard showed with some truly amazing skills that the competition is far from daed. What do you think, and how spectacular was that Superman dunk?

Yes, in my opinion he has given new life to the contest. He won not just because of talent but because of his creativity and showmanship. And I love the Superman dunk is was just simply entertaining.

This was the dumbest slam dunk contest i've ever seen. Someone elses might as well put on a spiderman costome. This would have been a joke back in the day.

In ways of creativity, Yes he did. The Superman dunk was entertaining but it wasn't really a dunk.. He basically jumped just below the free throw line in his superman costume and throwed the ball to the basket to make it look like a dunk. I mean, I watched the replay over and over with my vcr, his hands never touched the rim. I don't understand why they considering it a dunk. But anyway, it was still entertaining and it got the crowd roaring and routing for him. By that time, he already got my vote. He definitely set the bar high starting from his first dunk of the night up to the last. A big man who can jump that high (hops!).. amazing! He is fun to watch and I hope he can lead this team to a good run in the playoffs. Kudos to D12.
