Hey Nascar fans,The Daytona 500 is about to get started in a few minutes.Does everyone expect Dale Jr.to win the race today.So far he's won the first two events;Bud Shoot Out and first Twin 150. I would love to be a bug on the wall at the Hendrick's team meeting before the race to hear how the team is going to handle the finish if all three cars on the team are out front near the end.

I am not a real big fan, but do watch NASCAR. My husband and I follow Jimmy Johnson. We were also watching to see how Dale would do now that he is no longer with his stepmother. At least he finished the race.

Even though I am a Jeff Gordon fan, I do wish Jr. to finish up front. I think he wants to prove more to himself then anyone else.

I think a lot of people were expecting and hoping Little E to take the Daytona 500 too. He may just have won it if it weren't for the communication error when everyone else pitted and they didn't.

I wish he would win one of the REAL races... but he's had no such luck... so far (as of 6/13/08, anyways!). Sadly, he hasn't been able to win a lollipop from a bank's drive-thru!! Best of luck with the rest of the season! Hope to see Jr in the REAL winner's circle SOON!
