Tracing Emails

Anybody every traced an e-mail with a program? Are tracing e-mail programs reliable? I am using email TrackerPro 2007.

I have never heard of tracing where emails come from, I know I love tracking the IP address info from the counter stats of my webpage, I love knowing where these things come from, guess I am a sticky beak,......
