A good interval training routine?

I exercise cardio 20 minutes a day. I do 4 minutes steady and one minute all-out every fifth minute. Can anyone suggest alternate exercise/interval routine to get the most of my 20 minutes?

How about some dancing during the day? Really gets the blood circulating plus its good for your cheerfulness :)
