Who to turn to?

Everyone once in a while needs a shoulder to cry on. Who is it that you can always turn to no matter, for that shoulder? For me, it's my husband. He always listens when I need to vent or even rant. He will give his input if he thinks I needs it, or just let me go on til it's all out. either way, I always feel better when I am done.

For me it has got to be my Best friend Danny, my wife, my Uncle Tommy and my Uncle Danny and Aunt Linda. They listen to me and respect everything I say and understand all the problems I go through on a day to day basis. They have my back when times are bad and I can see them whenever I need to talk to somebody. They are the best people in my life and I will always be there for them like they are there for me.

Treezy, you seemed to be very blessed with so many people that you can turn to. That is absolutely wonderful. May you always be so blessed. *smiling*

That's tough for me since due to recent circumstances, I have not a single friend that I could turn to physically. Everyone is on the internet. I do have a group of Christian friends online that are part of an email group. Most of us have been together for several years and are closer than sisters. I know I can turn to them for support without being judged. (nice to 'see' you, Chey!)

If it helps you any, most all of my friends are on the internet too. After moving states, and it being 12 hours to my home town, I lost my best friend. So tis why I turn to my husband. The friends on the net, can be good listeners too, and a couple of them, even though I have yet to meet face to face have been there for me when I have needed them. Sometimes friends on the net makes it a bit easier to confide in. (It's good to see you too Marie Anne.. *smiling* I mean Ldyjarhead.)

I have got my DH when I need to a shoulder, I could talk even about him to him. But also I have my mom and dad and my brother and some dear friends to whom I could turn to for shoulder and also for suggesstions. When I am alone I just get so irritated thinking about all these, so when I am into any of such situations, I mostly try not to be alone but try to talk with some of my friends to vent out.

I depend on myself to get me through the tough times. I don't really like opening up. I'm close with my mom so sometimes I do talk to her about things when I'm stressed. It is nice to have somebody to lean on, but I prefer the solo route and work out my stuff internally.

I used to turn on my mother's shoulder whatever problem come along. Now that she's gone I have no one to turn to.Every night I pray God to give me someone to turn to.And My Lot was the answer.I was not aware I have no friends at all.Joining here opened a door to meet friends
