I highly recommend the Isagenix system for not only weight loss but general good health. www.lautz_tm.isagenix.com. I have asthma and multiple joint issues and since I started using Isagenix (nutritional cleansing) not only have I gone from a size 26 to an 18 (since June) but I have also been healthy enough to join a gym! Doesn't sound like a big deal - but when you are always out of breath and in pain from your obesity it is a HUGE deal to lose enough weight so that those things don't bother you anymore! All the best with you weight loss journey!

when grocery shopping, only go one the outer isles which is fresh veggies, fruit, meat and yogurt also eat less portions, use a desert plate instead of a dinner plate
