Culture or Language?

I am confused with my research. Which came first? Culture or language?

I think since language is a part of one's culture... so culture came first before language... other than that... culture is a way of life... so even before man started talking in a particular language... man already has a way of life even if it was quite primitive...

LOL...this similar to the one " who come first the hen or the egg? both of them plays a major role...it's hard to identify which of the two.
