How do you get over the fear

Hi everbody Ok I am engaged and I love the person I am with very much and I know that he loves me and we have a child together and he looks at my oldest child as his own as do I his oldest. I am ready to marry him no doubt about it but how do I get over the fear he'll stop loving me as the years go by. I trust that he won't cheat I'm just not sure he'll love me forever. Let me explain a little better.. I am young I am 20 years old and he is 27 he is set in his ways and will not change for the world he is where he wants to be and he is comfortable with himself. But me on the other hand I am still maturing and changing in so many ways I know he loves me for who I am now and I know there is no way to tell if he will still love me but how do I get over the fear of him oneday sitting me down and telling me I'm not the same women he fell in love with and he doesn't love who I have become
