yahoo is going to be in microsoft's hands is it true

i've heard that the software industry gaint bill gates is trying to get yahoo to prevent click froud from add publishers.. can some one give more information on this discussion..

I'm not sure of the details, but Microsoft put out a HUGE offer to buy Yahoo. After mulling it over for a few days, Yahoo turned down the offer. Now Microsoft is taking it to the Yahoo shareholders. Yahoo is creating new severance packages for its employees to protect them in the case of a Microsoft takeover. Personally, I think it is ridiculous, and Bill Gates needs to get over himself and stop trying to buy out all of the great internet companies.

No man!! i don't think there is any thing wrong with buying out other companies...its not a first acquisition ever happening....!!!! At the end of the day what really matters is that..wether this acquisition benifits its stakeholders including its users and customers or not!!!! And I strongly believe that this acquisition will benifit the US!!!

Hmmm man!!!! It is true and I am excited about it too!!!... Because this will combine yahoo's brilliance and Microsoft's technology and money together..!! hope to see this soon...!!! I think this will make yahoo the market leader again in many of its fields like E-mail, messaging, and Search!!!!
