wat do you think is more important in a relationship trust or love ?

As for me, it is difficult to say which is more important. But what important is, if you have true love, you must trust your partner as well as yourself.

Somethings go hand in hand. In a relationship both trust and love goes together. If you trust a person less, it may cause you to alter the level of love. I also think that trust can survive independently, ie you can trust people whom you don't have to love them (in a romantic way).

I agree with moolahmagnet.I think both are important in a relationship.Both must have them to get a long and harmonious relationship.

Trust, absolutely. Without trust you have nothing. You can have all the love in the world, but without trust it will never last no matter how hard you try. There will arise issues that even love cannot overcome.

Definitely trust. A person can have all the love in the world for someone but if there's no trust than that relationship will not last. Honestly, I think that if you love someone but don't trust them, than I don't think it's really love. I think you're blind to their faults and you need to get out of there quick...

trust is more common in a relationship which exits among everyone. while love only comes between lovers. to this extent, trust is more important than love.

I dont think love is possible without trust. How could it be? I would definitely have to trust someone before I could ever admit to them or myself that I was in lve.

In my view it is not possible to have love...without trust. Consider the idea that in openness there is trust...and in trust there is love. How can anyone love someone they cannot trust? Being able to be open, honest and genuine creates very loving relationships with anyone...friends, lovers or family. When trust is broken...the capacity to be open is often irreparably damaged and can end loving relationships. So in my view there is not contest...without trust...I do not believe real love can exist much less flourish and grow. Just my perspective mind you...to each their own. Raia

The most important is love. If you love me, you will trust me. I trust you because i love you... You want to have a relationship with a guy because you love him right?

Both are highly important in any relationship. It will be great if some one is both lovable and trustworthy.

both are important in a relationship...you can't love without trust. for me, respect- giving worth and value to a certain person( bf/gf/friend,etc) is the most important in a relationship.

According to me Trust is most important in a Relationship.Then may it be any relationship lyk MOM n SOn,Brother n Brother,Son n DAD n so on... Well talking about the Love relation where u r gonna spend the whole life with ur partner...U ought to learn to Trust him first. Cuz if it dosent happen so u gonna live like hell.Lotz of misunderstandings take place n this creats alot of mess. Well we surely dont want anything like this to happen so TRUST is the most Important factor in a relation.

Its both. in a relationship trust is more important as i guess. But you should also love that person. else what is relationship of love? But trust lost, no relationship can progress.
